Private Dinner Fundraiser for Saint Edmond
Every May, Saint Edmond Catholic Schools holds their annual fundraiser Friends of Saint Edmond Ball. Since 2023, we have been asked to donate a farm-to-table dinner to be auctioned off during the live auction portion of the evening. It is the largest fundraiser of the year with proceeds being raised for the school’s operating budget (even teacher’s salaries!). In 2024, word spread and we auctioned a dinner at Sacred Heart Catholic Schools in Des Moines.
Hosted at the farm, music playing in the background, a few steps away from our Chef’s preparing their meal, a small group of 5 couples hung out with us for the evening. They spend their time chatting, taking pictures of each meal they’re served (see pictures below - hello no filter!), and enjoying a meal they definitely aren’t cooking at home.
