Join us for a hands-on exploration of classic Mexican cooking!

Each guest will enjoy a plated tasting of every dish, along with a thorough, technique-driven explanation of how each component is prepared. We’ll show you how to take taco night beyond the basics with fresh ingredients, bold homemade salsas, and simple techniques that make all the difference. There will be hands-on opportunities throughout the class, along with plenty of time for questions and discussion as we cook together!

Arrival: 1 pm (~2.5 hour class)

BYOB: Guests are welcome to bring their own beer or wine to enjoy during class!

Menu Highlights:

Recipe cards are distributed during class

  • Homemade Tortilla Chips & Pico de Gallo

  • Carne Asada Tacos: Marinated steak tacos served with cilantro, radish, onion, and homemade salsas.

  • Arroz con Leche: A traditional Mexican rice pudding.

  • Hibiscus Lemonade: Served for guests to enjoy during class. (Not part of the cooking demonstration.)

  • Tips for marinating, seasoning, and properly cooking steak for tacos.
