Grant Gillon is an Iowa-based private chef and passionate advocate for local agriculture, Grant is known for his bold flavors and refined technique. He gained national recognition as the winner of MasterChef Season 13, and his cooking beautifully reflects his commitment to farm-to-table sourcing and strong relationships with local farmers and producers.
James and Grant have crossed paths in the Des Moines restaurant scene but this will be our first time coming together for a collab dinner - and it’s long overdue!
We will start the evening with a 30-minute social hour - time to grab a drink, find your seat, and mingle - followed by a few words from us as we introduce Grant and share what’s new and happening on the farm.
