Our First Dinner

We kicked off our first Dinner at the Farm on November 1 with a packed room of 75 guests ready to experience a meal in a new way. It was the perfect mix of longtime supporters and new friends - we couldn’t have asked for a better start!

Our dinners follow a simple, relaxed format: guests arrive at 5:00 for a social half hour, enjoying drinks and conversation before settling in for the first course. We also set out a few farm documents that share our family’s history, and the story behind our name for guests to check out.

Between each course, Molly introduces the dish - highlighting the ingredients, where they were sourced, and the inspiration behind how each plate came to life. Throughout the evening, guests are welcome to get up, refill their drinks, mingle, and meet someone new.

Our menu featured highlights like homemade ricotta (served three ways!), hand-rolled pasta brightened with farm-fresh eggs, pumpkins from our neighbor, and much more - each ingredient carefully sourced and thoughtfully prepared to celebrate the flavors of the season. Check it out below!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first (and second!) dinner. We can’t wait to welcome guests to our next one - new dates coming soon!
